Daily Rate - $450 / Night
** 16% Dominican Republic tax, not included.

Reservation Deposit - 50% of rental due upon reservation and remaining rental due no less than 30 days prior to arrival. (All funds in U.S. currency)
Security Deposit - $600 due no less than 30 days prior to arrival, to be retained by property management during your stay.
La Casa Playa welcomes personal checks, cashier checks, and money orders.
La Casa Playa offers a full refund if cancellation occurs prior to 30 days of the reservation.
If cancellation occurs within 30 days of your reservation, only your security deposit will be fully refunded.
La Casa Playa is rented out as a unit. We do NOT rent individual bedrooms. Your privacy and security is a concern to us. We also request no smoking and no pets please.
No subletting.
